What Does a Standard/ Inspection Clean Include?

A Standard clean is for when you need an ongoing weekly, fortnightly, monthly service.

This includes: Dusting, Sweeping, Vacuuming, Mopping, Basic Kitchen Cleaning ( Benches, Spills, Floors, Sink, Window Ledges, Skirting Boards), Tidying Up (Making Beds, Cleaning Benches, etc), Bathroom Cleaning (Toilets, Sinks, Shower, Removing soap scum and mildew).

A Inspection Clean includes: Exhaust Fans, A general tidy up of personal items that may seem to be out of place, Organisation, Rubbish taken from your home to the outside bins.

We do not touch your personal items or move personal items so cleaning will be done around personal belongings.

What Does a Move In/Vacate Clean Include?

A Vacate clean is for when you are moving out of a property and need the property cleaned top to bottom. When all the furniture is out of the house and everything left in the house needs to go.

A Vacate clean includes everything from mopping the house to cleaning the toilet to getting the soap scum off the shower glass.

A vacate clean does not include the following and if required will need to be discussed as a seperate charge may be issued: Wall Cleaning, Grout Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Carpet Stains.

The same applys to a Move In clean, everything gets cleaned but as everything is already ready for you this clean does not cost as much. Please note that there is a big difference between Vacate and move in. A vacate clean will take a significant amount of time due to the level of attention to detail required. A Move in clean is a refresher for the property to make sure all bacteria is killed before you move in.

Please note that not all stains will be able to be removed from the carpets and walls and may need to be done by a professional carpet cleaner.

Do you have a price list?

Short answer, Yes!

We have a price list but as every property is different in size and needs we quote each property individually.

Example: You may have a 4 X 2 that only requires a 2 hour standard clean, where as another with the same size property may need slightly longer due to extra living rooms, extra needs. These two properties would not be charged the same due to the needs of the client.
